Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
You are not required to make your property available to Section 8. -
Are you licensed?
We are licensed real estate agents and we are registered with NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). -
Can I reach you after hours?
You can send us a message through your Owner Portal or leave a voicemail at any time and we will return your call at our earliest convenience. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! We offer ACH deposits for your monthly rent income. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Typically, we do not send you the lease, as it is between the tenant and us as the management company. However, we will release a copy to you at your request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We are connected with a real estate company, so we can help you if you ever decide to sell or if you’re looking to expand your rental portfolio. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We send Owner Statements and payments by the 10th of every month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We have an online Tenant Portal for tenants to make online payments and we have a locked drop box at our office for those who wish to pay by cash, check, or money order. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our typical lease is 1 year with the option of renewing for 6 months, 12 months, or month-to-month. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically, our deposit amount is the same as the rent amount. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we can get you on-boarded into our Owner Portal. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes as well as small multi family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a monthly report showing the collected rent amount minus management fees, as well as any maintenance fees being charged. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
TRG holds all security deposits in an escrow account. We also handle the distribution of the security deposit at the end of the lease.
